DENDRON BODY WORK offers individualized one-on-one programmed workouts. We have an incredible team of certified coaches that promote DENDRON's core value and belief system-MOVEMENT AND NUTRITION! Each client receives a personalized tailored programmed workout that is Convenient, fun & Creative. The clients convenience, is our top priority. Unlike other gyms DENDRON body work has no membership fees.
A certified trainer of your choice will travel to you in your home, office, park or any setting of your choice, at a time that works best for you. All trainers come prepared with a customized program and the necassary state of the art fitness equiptment that will be needed for that session.
The initial visit is always a complimentary assessment called the DENDRON BODY ANALYSIS. This includes a health questionnaire, brief functional movement screen, a nutrition assessment, and goal setting. We truly welcome everyone and anyone of all ages and all fitness levels.
All clients are reassessed every 12-16 weeks to verify that you are achieving your goals. DENDRON'S goal is to promote and instill life learning rituals that will keep you looking and feeling the way you deserve to be.
Here at DENDRON we practice and promote small methodical progressive programming,... what does that mean?
It means, that all clients will have a different base point or entry point based on their fitness level and movement screen. After the trainer performs the initial assessment they will create a tailored program (microcycle, mesocycle, macrocycle,)based on the clients goals and needs. From there all modalities will be be progressed with various forms of resistance: load, balance, stability, uni-lateral, etc.. No two workouts are ever the same!
Over a 20 year career, Founder Brian Lederman has cultivated a model of training that has proven time and time again to deliver continued results to our clients. It is called the DENDRON 4 quadrant system. This formula basically breaks the 60 minute session in to four quarters or quadrants.
DENDRON 4 quadrant system:
1) ACTIVE/DYNAMIC stretch movement patterns.
2)Warm up circuit promoting metabolic conditioning
3)Circuit of 3-4 multi-joint resistance exercise modalities that promote individual growth and progression.
4)Circuit of 3-4 Smaller exercise modalities single joint, promoting propreiception, balance, trunk stability,etc. and final stretch.
All of our programs will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work which will result in fat loss. We incorporate cardio intervals between exercises to help you build leaner muscles.
We combine free weights, bands, Kettlebells with squats, lunges, with interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. We’ll teach you proper breathing and warm up techniques, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.
