Brian's journey in practicing health and fitness began at age 14. He has dedicated his professional life to the help and guidance of others to achieve and share in the same results and rewards that he has attained from proper training, nutrition and psychology.
Before founding DENDRON body work, in 2017. Brian had the privilege to work for EQUINOX for 10 years. He was ranked one of the top coaches in the history of the company.
Brian's loyal client base consists of hard working men and women, old and young. From people enjoying their retirement looking to enhance and maintain quality of life; to parents with extremely demanding jobs, trying to juggle the demands of family, work, marriage while still taking the time to ensure they are addressing their own health and wellness needs. With fifteen years of experience as a Corporate Project Manager, Monica knows what it takes to lead a team to success. Her approach is holistic, supportive, and collaborative. Our trainers all come with strengths that we appreciate, acknowledge and share with our clients. Our clients all come with needs and challenges to overcome and we are here to deliver the positive change in their lives that they desire.

Fran has competed at the Division III level for college basketball and track and field, he has spent countless hours on his own athletic training, and brings the same enthusiasm in training with his own clients.
Fran specializes in strength and conditioning, fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and athletic performance training. He is well-versed in behavior change coaching and sleep coaching. He has completed two marathons, countless Spartan races, is a college track and field champion, and currently training for a triathlon/Iron Man competition in 2019.

Michael has more than 30 years of experience in personal training, medical exercise, massage therapy, yoga, and Pilates.
The techniques Michael employs are informed by all of his experience, education and training in various related fields. Michael is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist having been trained by orthopedic surgeons. His Pilates Certification, which he received from Polestar Post Rehab Pilates where the owner/instructor was a physical therapist, is also focused on helping those with medical conditions. Michael even has a Yoga Certification focused on a unique subsection of the population – pregnant women, seniors and youth. And, last but not least, Michael is certified in and a very big fan of Egoscue Postural Alignment. This enables him to evaluate an individual’s entire body, from top to bottom, to assess anatomical alignment as a means of identifying and correcting areas of concern that may be responsible for pain and injury in a seemingly unrelated area of the body.

Greg first became passion about fitness at a young age. Growing up in a family of powerlifters and body builders it was a natural calling to get in the weight room and start lifting. Just when things began to feel hopeless Greg rekindled his love with the weight room and began his journey into the health and fitness industry.
